Straight cementless stems with more than 20 years clinical follow-up, with excellent survival rates, have demonstrated to be able to with stand biomechanical stresses. The Quadra stem which belongs to the new generation is well suited to meet the demands of total hip arthroplasty.

Based on the experience of the straight rectangular stem it benefits from the benefits of a triple taper and optimal diaphyseal fit. Available with standard and lateralised versions the femoral offset can be adapted to meet the patients needs.

The Quadra system is available with three stem types, cemented, HAP coated and Roughened TiNb. The Quadra instruments offer reliability, quality and precision and are available in a simple compact instrumentation tray.
