18 May 2018; London Shoulder Meeting 2018, London

Overview

Meeting convenors:

Mr Carlos Cobiella, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, University College London Hospitals
Mr Henry Colaço, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Royal Hampshire County Hospital
Mr Jae Rhee, Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, Princess Royal Hospital, Telford

This hugely popular event returns for its fourth successive year. In 2018, the focus of the London Shoulder Meeting will shift to trauma and arthroplasty, returning to sports injuries and soft tissue surgery in 2019. The course is organised by The Shoulder Practice, with an expert invited multidisciplinary international faculty.

This meeting is aimed at orthopaedic surgeons, orthopaedic trainees, and physiotherapists. The aims are to provide a comprehensive update on the management and outcomes in trauma and arthroplasty surgery in addition to current concepts in surgical techniques and rehabilitation. There will be a break out masterclass session for physiotherapists and a re-live surgery session covering tips, tricks and pitfalls. Delegates are encouraged to submit complex trauma and arthroplasty cases for the interactive panel discussion sessions. Details will soon be available on the www.londonshouldermeeting.co.uk website.
