Sawbones are delighted to announce two of the many new models they have made so far this year.
The new Sawbones are osteoporotic/open cell with cancellous material inside. These bone models can be used to demonstrate the use of cement injection applications for a wide range of internal fixation and reconstructive procedures. Any of these models can be fractured and assembled to meet specific operative requirements. The high resolution option is also available to enhance optimum visualization in a fluoroscopic surgical environment. On the picture you see #1130-130 (large left osteoporotic femur) and #1378-76 (individual lumbar vertebrae with open cell core).
