In collaboration with top consultant orthopaedic surgeons from the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, Primal Pictures have created a complete and interactive exploration of the primary hip athroplasty procedure.
This CD is aimed at orthopaedic surgeons, especially those in training and covers all aspects required for primary Total Hip Arthroplasty, from patients first visit to outpatients clinic, through pre-operative planning phase and the surgical procedure itself, utilising both lateral and posterior approaches.
With text, clinical slides, video footage of the surgical procedures and 3D animations you are taken through indications, contraindications and complications of surgery as well as the actual surgery. The CD also contains a fully labelled, interactive 3D anatomy model of the hip joint.
