Sales and distribution company Jiraffe has further added to its sales team with the recruitment of two product advisors boasting extensive experience of working with orthopaedic bracing and assistive equipment.

Jiraffe, the sales and distribution division of Jenx Ltd, has welcomed Christine Billington and Ian Watkins to its team of experienced product advisors.

Before joining Jiraffe, Christine, from Lancashire, had worked in sports and orthopaedic bracing roles for 12 years. During this time she was employed as a therapist in the European C.F Games in Paris and for the ladies cycle team in the Tour de l’Ardèche in France.

Christine said of her new role: “I am delighted and excited to be welcomed as one of the Jiraffe team. I am particularly excited about being given the opportunity to work with genuinely innovative products that make a real difference to the life of a child, their carer or family.”

Ian, from Buckinghamshire, has a degree in ergonomics from Loughborough University and a masters in audiology and has also worked as a clinical scientist. Previously he was employed as a commissioner for community equipment and wheelchairs, has worked with a paediatric wheelchair company and for an assistive technology organisation.

Holly Jenkins, general manager of Jiraffe, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Ian and Christine to our already experienced and talented sales team. We have invested heavily in developing both our company infrastructure and our personnel to provide Jiraffe with the best possible opportunity to further cement our excellent, recent growth as we look to ensure a bright future for the company and our team.”
