Fujifilm launch new interactive e-Learning courses for medical system products

Fujifilm is a pioneer in diagnostic imaging and information systems for healthcare facilities, with a range of products and technologies designed to help medical professionals perform more efficiently and effectively. The company recently announced it now offers e-Learning as standard with all its medical products.

Fujifilm’s new interactive learning management system (LMS) has been developed for the company’s range of medical system products including Synapse PACS. SCORM-compliant e-Learning courses have been produced to cater for a wide range of hospital staff.

Whilst not intended as a replacement for face-to-face Apps training, Fujifilm’s e-Learning courses are made available to its customers via its Absorb LMS portal, or can alternatively be hosted on the customer’s own LMS portal.

The e-Learning package allows Fujifilm’s customers to assess the learner’s level of understanding by getting them to complete a short quiz at the end of the course. Successful completion of a course generates a course certificate which can be printed or saved as pdf, and course pass marks can be set per customer site – making it fully customisable to the customers own requirements.

Fujifilm’s e-Learning has been rolled out to all Fujifilm Synapse PACS customers in England and Wales. The Synapse e-Learning courses are intended as an extra learning resource to facilitate new end-user training, refresher training and self-learning amongst medical staff.
